A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Antoinette Busch, MSc PT, BPHE (hons.), NSCA-CSCS
“The lifestyle I lead brings me happiness and I want nothing more than to help others feel the same excitement, confidence and satisfaction of working around an injury and returning to what they enjoy.”
Antoinette grew up in Ontario, and moved to Vancouver Island in 2013 and quickly fell in love with it. Prior to becoming a Physiotherapist, Antoinette worked as an Exercise Physiologist and Kinesiologist with the Canadian Armed Forces and the Strathcona regional district. She took a short break from Vancouver Island to complete her Masters in Physical Therapy at McGill University. She is happy to be living on the island, in a beautiful community. Outside of the clinic you will find her in the alpine, the ocean or running in the trails between the two. Always eager to take advantage of getting outside, being active and exploring. Antoinette enjoys empowering individuals through education and exercise to work with an injury or health condition, to become more resilient and ultimately return to what they love.
She is a Physiotherapist with training in:
